Not satisfied with your product and want to return it to us? We'll be happy to refund your purchase and original shipping fees for you. Contact a member of our care team and we'll send instructions on how to return your doqxD for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be in original box condition and buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
We warranty our products to be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase. Our warranty provides for a free exchange of your product with a brand new product of equivalent model. Our warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, drops, modifications, or usage of the product for which it was not intended. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
